About The Position
TCW Trends is a growing apparel company working with global manufacturing partners. We are looking for a detail-oriented specialist to manage CTPAT compliance and lead onboarding of overseas factories.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years in CTPAT, supply chain security, or import/export compliance
- Experience working with overseas factories (apparel)
- Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience with compliance platforms a plus
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update CTPAT security documentation
- Conduct supply chain security audits and risk assessments
- Train internal teams and overseas partners on CTPAT requirements
- Onboard new overseas factories (documentation, compliance checks, approvals)
- Review certifications (WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, ISO, etc.)
- Coordinate factory audits and security assessments
- Maintain approved vendor lists and compliance records
- Support logistics with import/export compliance needs
