About The Position

We are looking for a CTO / Head of Engineering to lead the development of a rapidly growing B2B platform and build its next generation based on AI agents, automation, and intelligent workflows. Your task will be to lead technology and product towards an AI-native operational system, build and scale the engineering team, design the architecture of the next generation platform, and rapidly prototype and implement AI agents in real business processes. This is a builder role, not a "maintenance CTO". We are building a set of tools and systems based on AI agents, operations automation, pricing intelligence, logistics orchestration, merchant tooling, and AI-assisted workflows. The platform operates pan-European, with a large scale of transactions and intense growth dynamics.

Requirements

• Hands-on and able to quickly build prototypes
• Experience in AI-native development and agent systems
• Ability to lead a team while staying close to execution
