About The Position

Vailexa is seeking a Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) and Attack Surface Management (ASM) Architect to help design, lead, and operationalize the maturation of their ASM program. The current state is nascent, characterized by largely manual and ad hoc processes, requiring experienced leadership to bring structure, discipline, and strategic direction. This role will work hands-on alongside the existing ASM team, providing day-to-day direction and guidance on vulnerability prioritization and the identification of risks stemming from current architecture and tooling. In addition to driving operational improvements, the candidate will be responsible for developing a cohesive ASM strategy and partnering with internal stakeholders to define a long-term roadmap that aligns attack surface visibility and exposure management capabilities with broader organizational security objectives.

• Experience in Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM).
• Experience in Attack Surface Management (ASM).
• Experience in designing and leading ASM programs.
