About The Position

Arise CareStaff is looking for an experienced CT Technologist (CT Tech) to work for our client hospital in Los Angeles, CA. This is a travel assignment with a duration of 13 weeks. The position involves computer charting using Epic. The shift options are Night (5x8 Hours) from 19:00 to 3:30 or Evening (5x8 Hours) from 15:00 to 23:30.

Requirements

• Current California License
• Current A.R.R.T R certification
• BLS certification by the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 2 years experience working as CT Technologist (CT Tech)

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanner to produce cross-sectional images of the body.
• Position patients and equipment for imaging procedures.
• Administer contrast media as required.
• Monitor patients during procedures.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of charting in Epic.
• Adhere to safety protocols and radiation protection standards.
