About The Position

As a Computed Tomography Technologist with Henry Ford Health, you will perform computerized tomographic radiological procedures and provide high-quality patient care. The role supports patients and healthcare teams by providing critical diagnostic imaging and contributing to accurate, timely results that inform treatment and outcomes. You may also conduct general diagnostic radiology examinations as needed. The position is in the Radiology Department at Providence Hospitals, serving communities across Oakland County. The schedule is full-time afternoons.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Obtain Healthcare Provider certification (BCLS) within one month of hire or job transfer date.
• Hold one or more of the following certifications: Nuclear Medical Tech (NMTCB), Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography (ARRT), or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT).
• Register in Computed Tomography within 12 months of hire date.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Nuclear Medicine or Radiation Therapy.
• Additional specialty certifications in Computed Tomography.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized computerized tomographic radiological procedures on patients.
• Conduct general diagnostic radiology examinations as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain high standards of patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide accurate and timely imaging results.
