About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have recent acute care hospital experience, prior travel experience, Epic EMR experience, and experience working in a Level III Trauma Center or higher. This is a contract assignment requiring weekend coverage, including one Saturday overnight shift, with no on-call requirement.

- Acute Care Hospital Experience Required
- Level III Trauma Center Experience or Higher Required
- Direct Patient Care Experience Within the Last Year Required
- Experience with Client CT Scanners Required
Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging procedures according to physician orders and department protocols
- Produce high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety
- Prepare and position patients appropriately for CT examinations
- Administer contrast materials according to established guidelines
- Operate and maintain CT imaging equipment
- Follow radiation safety standards and ALARA principles
- Document patient information and imaging procedures in Epic
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate imaging records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with departmental policies and quality standards
- Provide exceptional patient care throughout imaging procedures
