About The Position
The CT Technologist works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide quality images. The role supports the Radiologist by assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and is responsible for processing and transmitting images to PACS. The position is part-time and scheduled for nights at Prime Healthcare–St. Joseph Hospital in Joliet, Illinois.
Requirements
- Knowledge of mobile and stationary radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment.
- Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.
- Radiology/CT license and fluoroscopy permit as required by the state.
- ARRT-CT certification.
- Must possess and maintain BCLS (AHA) upon hire.
- Proficient computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- One year of acute clinical radiology experience is preferred.
