As a CT Technologist, you will play a vital role in our award-winning organization that is dedicated to creating a positive impact on patient well-being. This is a 40 Hours Per Week position, Monday thru Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Call & Holiday Rotation Required. Evening Shift Differential and a Sign-On Bonus of $5,000 (for eligible applicants) are available. The hospital serves the health care needs of families in St. Charles, Lincoln and Warren counties. The 102-bed community hospital provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services including the Siteman Cancer Center, the Breast Health and Women’s Center, the Cardiology Center, the Neurosurgery Center and the Outpatient Surgery and Endoscopy Center. Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital is an Accredited Chest Pain Center and carries a Level II stroke certification. The Imaging Services department provides a wide range of services including General, Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology, Digital Mammography, CT Scan, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, and PET/CT Scan.

Responsibilities

Performs diagnostic imaging procedures in at least one advanced imaging modality (defined as Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Interventional, Mammography, Bone Density, Cardiac Catheterization) on adults and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment, and quality control.
Prepares patient and equipment for procedures.
Performs studies independently, in on-call situations, portable exams, and other site as required by work area.
Will Cross Train in CT (If R.T.(R) registered)
