About The Position

This position is responsible for performing various CT procedures daily and on call according to department policy and protocol under the supervision of a radiologist. Maintains accurate records as required by regulatory agencies including the Joint Commission and the American College of Radiology (ACR). Functions in other medical imaging areas as indicated by experience and background and as needed or assigned.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT CT certification
• BLS required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs all diagnostic exams in accordance to policy and procedures.
• Ensures exams are performed with the highest technical quality and efficiency.
• Provides compassionate care and ensures patient safety.
• Maintains accurate records as required by regulatory agencies including the Joint Commission and the American College of Radiology (ACR).
• Functions in other medical imaging areas as indicated by experience and background and as needed or assigned.
