About The Position

Premier Radiology, in partnership with Radiology Partners, is seeking a CT Technologist to join their team. This role involves performing computed tomography procedures to produce diagnostic imaging using CT technology. The technologist will assist physicians in formulating medical diagnoses while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include conducting CT exams, documenting results, and ensuring radiation safety for patients and staff. Requirements

  • Successful completion of a radiology program at an accredited school
  • Current registration with the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT)
  • State licensure, where required
  • BCLS required
  • Competency in venipuncture, aseptic technique, universal precautions and documentation, contrast administration, and use of power injector

Responsibilities

  • Provides computed tomography procedures to produce imaging using CT technology
  • Assist Physicians with formulating a medical diagnosis, while complying with safety and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct computerized tomography exams and document clinically appropriate results for interpretive physician and records
  • Demonstrates knowledge of radiation safety to provide a safe environment for patients and staff
