About The Position

Performs diagnostic exams consistent with quality CT Imaging. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, working Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM. To be eligible for the sign-on bonus, candidates must possess ARRT certification and have at least one year of experience as a CT Tech.

Requirements

• ARRT registered - CT registry
• Graduate of approved Radiology Program
• Experience necessary to demonstrate competence
• Working knowledge of the department and modality consistent with education level
• At least 1yr experience as CT Tech

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of a Radiologist, performs CT procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail.
• Performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiographic diagnosis.
• Perform routine CT scans on pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, and trauma patients.
• Assist the radiologist in special procedures such as biopsies, drain tube placements, injections, and markings.
