About The Position
A healthcare facility is seeking a CT Technologist to join its Imaging Department and provide high-quality computed tomography services. This on-site position supports diagnostic imaging needs by performing CT procedures while following established protocols, safety standards, and patient care guidelines.
Requirements
- Active New Mexico license in imaging.
- Associate degree in Imaging.
- ARRT registries in Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT).
Responsibilities
- Perform computed tomography imaging procedures according to established protocols and department standards.
- Prepare patients for CT examinations and provide clear instructions throughout the imaging process.
- Operate CT equipment safely and effectively while maintaining image quality and patient safety.
- Review imaging studies for technical accuracy and ensure proper documentation.
- Follow radiation safety practices and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and imaging team members to support accurate diagnostic results.
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and New Mexico imaging requirements.
