About The Position

The staff CT Technologist works under general supervision to assist the radiologist in performing diagnostic procedures for patients using computerized tomography. The technologist works effectively with patients and other clinic personnel.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• Graduation from an accredited Radiology program.
• Current ARRT registration in Radiography.
• Current Mississippi State Board of Health registration as a Medical Radiation Technologist.
• BLS certification for health care workers.

Nice To Haves

• One to three years of experience performing CT.
• Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy.
• A.R.R.T. certification in CT.
