Requirements

  • Graduate AMA approved school of radiologic technology
  • At least two (2) years prior radiologic technologist experience, upon hire
  • Successfully demonstrates competent in CT after cross-training or program completion, upon hire
  • Medical Radiographer: AZ, upon hire
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (CT CPRBLS), upon hire
  • Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT, upon hire
  • CT Radiology Tech: AZ, upon hire
  • Registered Technologist Nuclear Medicine Technology, upon hire

Nice To Haves

  • Registered Technologist Computed Tomography, upon hire

Responsibilities

  • Perform CT scans and associated procedures based on current protocols and radiologist recommendations.
  • Perform scans including Trauma/ER, Perfusions, Routine Body, Routine Neuro, and Interventional Procedures.
  • Assist Interventional Radiologists.
  • Perform work-ups such as perfusions and reconstructions.
  • Perform protocol management.
  • Utilize good radiation safety practices.
  • Accurately maintain departmental records, files, and database(s).
