About The Position
Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Travel CT Tech for a 12-week assignment in a fast-paced perioperative/operating room setting. This role involves working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to provide quality images, support the Radiologist in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and process and transmit images to PACS.
Requirements
- One year of acute, clinical radiology experience is required.
- Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic / Fluoroscopic equipment is required.
- Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is required.
- Graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT.
- Radiology license and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
- CT ARRT Certification is required.
- Current BCLS required upon hire and maintain hire.
Responsibilities
- Works collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for providing quality images.
- CT Technologist works in support of the Radiologist, providing assistance in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.
