About The Position
University Radiology is hiring a part-time CT Technologist for its imaging office in Tinton Falls, New Jersey. The role produces high-quality diagnostic images and collaborates with radiologists and clinical teams to provide patient care. The scheduled hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Requirements
- ARRT(CT) certification.
- At least 2 years of CT experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform CT exams on a wide range of patients according to physician orders and facility protocols.
- Verify patient identity, screen for contraindications, and explain procedures to patients.
- Administer IV contrast and monitor patients for reactions.
- Maintain radiation safety and follow ALARA practices.
- Adhere to department and facility safety protocols when working in or near specialized imaging equipment.
