About The Position

Requirements

ARRT certification in Radiography (R) + Computed Tomography (CT) required
Valid state licensure current (where required)
CPR/BLS certified and current
Proficiency on GE, Siemens, or Philips CT platforms
Fluency in PACS, RIS, and digital image processing
Working knowledge of ALARA and radiation safety principles
Ability to lift/assist patients and thrive in a physically active environment
Strong communication skills with patients, radiologists, and teammates
Ability to manage workflow with minimal supervision
Willingness to mentor students and contribute to a positive clinical culture

Nice To Haves

1+ year of CT experience preferred
Outpatient or ambulatory care experience a plus

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality CT procedures per physician orders and departmental protocols.
Produce diagnostic-grade images that physicians and radiologists count on.
Manage own workflow, keep room ready, and troubleshoot equipment issues on GE, Siemens, or Philips platforms.
Adapt to a high-volume outpatient schedule and prioritize tasks under minimal supervision.
Provide full attention to every patient, including proper identification, review of medical history, explanation of procedure, and care for comfort and safety.
Respond swiftly to contrast reactions and maintain infection control standards.
Step up to mentor students, model best practices, and provide hands-on guidance.
