About The Position

BJC HealthCare System is hiring a PRN CT Technologist for Memorial Hospital (Shiloh, IL) & MOB. Upcoming Radiology Graduates, New Grads, & experienced welcome to apply!!! This is an Advanced Modality Cat Scan Technologist position. The Cat Scan Department at Memorial Hospital Shiloh uses the latest in technology to provide quality computerized tomography imaging for our inpatients and outpatients.

Requirements

Associate degree or higher in related field
Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography - R.T.(R)
IEMA - Illinois only, excl MRI
RTR,CT,MR,M,BD,CI,VI,RCIS,RCES
Associate or Trade School Equi

Responsibilities

Performs diagnostic imaging procedures in at least one advanced imaging modality (defined as Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Interventional, Mammography, Bone Density, Cardiac Catheterization) on adults and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment, and quality control.
Prepares patient and equipment for procedures.
Performs studies independently, in on-call situations, portable exams, and other site as required by work area.
