Requirements

Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
Current ARRT certification in Radiography.
CT certification by ARRT or obtained within 12 months of hire.
Current BLS certification.
State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.
Proficiency in CT scanning procedures and equipment operation.
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
Ability to work varied hours and at different locations.

Nice To Haves

Experience with GE CT scanners.
Experience in a hospital and outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

Operate CT scanner to produce cross-sectional images of the body.
Position patients and equipment for imaging procedures.
Administer contrast media as required.
Monitor patients during procedures.
Maintain patient records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and radiation protection standards.
