About The Position

Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is seeking CT Technologists to support operations at the San Diego VA Medical Center. Full-time and Per Diem positions are available. Personnel must be familiar with all radiographic diagnostic fluoroscopy, surgery procedures, portable (including C-Arm), and routine general diagnostic exams. Assigned schedules are subject to change at the direction of either Ansible or its customers. Ansible is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing Federal customers with solutions in national security, health care, and information technology.

Requirements

• ARRT(CT) certification
• California CRT
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Siemens Force Dual Energy CT Scanners experience is required
• Familiar with all radiographic diagnostic fluoroscopy, surgery procedures, portable (including C-Arm), and routine general diagnostic exams
• PACS work experience
• Two years of current work experience (within the last two years) in specialized modality
• Demonstrated experience starting Intravenous (IV), and performing contrast injections
• Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
• Lift up to 20 lbs
• Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
• Push/pull with 30 lbs of force

Nice To Haves

• Fluoroscopy permit
• Agfs PACS work experience
• IV certification

Responsibilities

• Performs Computed Tomography of the head, neck, spine, chest, extremities, vascular system, and body
