About The Position
The CT Tech operates Cat Scan equipment to perform a variety of imaging procedures as indicated by protocol. Attends to direct and indirect patient care needs to ensure successful completion of their imaging procedures.
Requirements
- Graduate of Allied Health Program
- Six months experience in trauma, stroke, pediatrics and invasive procedures. May include student clinical rotation completed at St. Mary's or like facility.
- Radiography (ARRT)
- Certified Radiological Technologist CT certificate required within 12 months of hire.
- BLS/CPR (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)
Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of diagnostic CT Scan procedures
- Obtains all required documentation/supplies.
- Assures correct patient information on requests, reports and PAC's.
- Organizes work area and maintains supplies.
Benefits
- Up to $20,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months
