About The Position

Radiology Ltd., a 500-employee imaging company in Tucson, Arizona, is seeking a full-time CT Technologist to join our staff at our Midvale site on Tucson's southwest side. We are a partner company of Lumexa Imaging and the premier provider of diagnostic and interventional radiology services in Southern Arizona since 1933. We are seeking a CT technologist that has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology
Current Arizona State Licensure
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Customer service oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Sensitive to the needs of patients
Ability to work as a member of a team
Ability to follow the instructions of the Radiologist
View images and capable of adjusting parameters to achieve high quality diagnostic imaging
Ability to maneuver equipment
Ability to prepare patients for procedures including moving patients

Responsibilities

Provide excellent patient care in a timely manner, communicate with radiologists and work efficiently with team members.
Responsible for performing precise, prompt and high quality CT examinations.
Selects appropriate imaging techniques and operates console and peripheral hardware, enters and monitors patient data.
Performs a variety of tasks and works under general supervision.
Customer Service - Ability to provide excellent patient care, acting with professionalism and empathy at all times.
