About The Position

Operates computerized tomography equipment to produce films of designated portions of the human body for neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. This role is at a Level 2 trauma center with proficiency in trauma, stroke, cardiovascular, procedural, and routine exams for all types of patients from emergency, inpatient, and outpatient services. The technologist will be working with Siemens scanners.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience within specialty.
• Required BLS.
• ARRT - CT certification.
• Proficiency in trauma, stroke, cardiovascular, procedural and routine exams for all types of patients from emergency, inpatient and outpatient services.
• Experience with Siemens scanners.
• Must work 2 major holidays and 1 minor holiday.
• Badge Photo required prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Operates computerized tomography equipment to produce films of designated portions of the human body for neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
• Proficiency in trauma, stroke, cardiovascular, procedural and routine exams for all types of patients from emergency, inpatient and outpatient services.
• Work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (The Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve).
