About The Position

Institute of Diagnostic Imaging is seeking a CT Technologist to join our patient-focused team! This role is located at an outpatient imaging center in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Institute of Diagnostic Imaging offers a full range of diagnostic and screening radiology services. Requirements

• Minimum associate's degree in Radiology or graduate of an accredited two-year radiology program.
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiography and maintain current valid registration.
• CT advanced registration through ARRT is required upon hire.
• Meet state licensure requirement for the state in which they practice.
• Undergo an additional background screening as required by the State of Florida for clinical positions.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanner to produce cross-sectional images of the body.
• Position patients and equipment for imaging procedures.
• Administer contrast media as required.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols.
• Perform quality control checks on CT equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
