CT Technologist - Full-Time - Days
About The Position
NewYork-Presbyterian is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CT Technologist to join their team. This role involves operating CT equipment and utilizing knowledge of Radiology Information Systems, PACSs, and digital data transfer processes, under the direction of a radiologist and the supervision of a department supervisor. While this is a technical position with no supervisory responsibility, the technologist plays a critical role in maintaining the premier level of quality and assisting with the diagnosis of rare and complex cases. The position offers opportunities to expand knowledge alongside respected professionals in the field.
Requirements
- New York State Radiologic Technologist License from Department of Health
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) / Computed Tomography Certifications
- If CT certification is not held, employees must have completed the case requirements for CT certification and obtain CT certification within 6 months of hire/transfer.
- New York State license to inject contrast
