About The Position

As a CT Technologist, you will partner directly with our Radiologists to perform a variety of computerized tomography procedures. You will use your technical judgment, expertise, and radiation protection practices to ensure precise scans while treating our patients with exceptional physical, emotional, and age-specific care.

Requirements

• Successful completion of an accredited 2-year Radiologic Technology Program.
• Active New York State (NYS) Radiologic Technologist License.
• Active ARRT registration.
• ARRT CT Certified OR Registry Eligible (Must successfully obtain your CT certification within 12 months of your hire date).
• Current BLS Certification (or obtained at time of hire)

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years of general radiologic technologist experience with CT exposure is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT exams safely and accurately according to established departmental protocols
• Provide excellent customer service, patient education, and radiation safety checks during all imaging procedures
• Maintain precise patient records across our Radiology Information System (RIS) and PACS platforms
• Serve as a clinical supervisor and educator for imaging students rotating through our clinical settings
• Collaborate on workflow improvement projects, assist with patient transport, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain a clean, stocked imaging environment.
