About The Position

Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking a CT Technologist for a full-time, day shift position in Riverdale, GA. This role involves performing diagnostic and therapeutic imaging procedures using CT equipment to ensure high-quality images for accurate diagnosis. The technologist will collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams, maintaining compliance with hospital policies, state, and federal regulations. Requirements

• One year of acute, clinical radiology experience is required.
• Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic / Fluoroscopic equipment is required.
• Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is required.
• Radiology/ CT license and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
• ARRT-CT Certification is required.
• Must possess and maintain BCLS (AHA).

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures in accordance with departmental protocols and regulatory requirements (TJC, CMS, HIPAA).
• Assist radiologists with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Ensure proper patient positioning, contrast administration, and radiation safety.
• Process, review, and transmit DICOM images to PACS.
• Participate in quality control (QC), performance improvement (PI) initiatives, and infection control practices.
• Provide exceptional patient care and prepare patients for procedures.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to support optimal patient outcomes.
