Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Licensed Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Nuclear Medical Tech credentialed from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
  • NMTCB(CT) Computed Tomography Specialty Certification or ARRT(CT) Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography required in addition to CNMT Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification.
  • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
  • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience specifically performing Computed Tomography (CT) procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Generate high-precision diagnostic images by expertly positioning patients and selecting anatomic parameters to ensure physicians have the clearest data for life-saving diagnoses.
  • Prioritize clinical safety by strictly adhering to radiation protection guidelines and monitoring patients during procedures to ensure a secure and comfortable imaging experience.
  • Manage complex imaging protocols by safely administering contrast media and medications, ensuring all procedures meet rigorous state and federal regulatory standards.
  • Optimize diagnostic outcomes by proactively evaluating imaging protocols and recommending refinements, ensuring our technology delivers the highest quality results for every patient.
