About The Position

The CT Tech performs diagnostic procedures using radiation detection and imaging equipment and provides quality care to patients of all ages, from newborns to elderly patients, according to department standards. The role requires completing established position competencies within the designated introductory period and performing other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program.
• ARRT (R) certification and documentation of CT training and experience.
• Obtain the CT Registry within one year of hire.
• AHA BLS certification.
• State license if required.

Nice To Haves

• 1–3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality images in a safe and efficient manner.
• Complete required exams and send studies to the reading station for radiologist review.
• Complete all associated documentation.
• Provide quality care to patients of all age groups according to department standards.
• Complete established competencies for the position within the designated introductory period.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
