About The Position

This position requires a skilled CT Technologist capable of performing both CT and X-Ray procedures. The role involves working 3x12 hour shifts on nights, from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, Friday through Sunday. Occasional floating to other facilities may be required. The technologist must be proficient in starting IVs, with an expectation of starting 8-9 IVs per day. Experience with outpatient (Adult & Peds) and ED settings is mandatory. Familiarity with PACS and Portables, specifically with GE and Siemens equipment, is required. Experience with Samsung X-Ray is preferred, as is EPIC experience with infants and pediatrics.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Ability to start IVs.
• BLS required.
• ARRT - CT and R.
• Outpatient (Adult & Peds) and ED experience required.
• GE and Siemens experience required.
• PACS and Portables experience required.
• X-Ray Procedure Experience REQUIRED: Extremities, Abdomen/GI, Spine/Pelvis, Head, Chest/Thorax, Musculoskeletal, Lower and Upper Extremities.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans including Abdomen, Pelvis, Head/Neck, Chest, Spine, Brain Perfusion, CTAs, and Multiplanar Reconstruction.
• Perform X-Ray procedures including Extremities, Abdomen/GI, Spine/Pelvis, Head, Chest/Thorax, Musculoskeletal, Lower Extremities, and Upper Extremities.
• Conduct ED CT and X-Ray exams.
• Perform Outpatient CT and X-Ray exams.
• Perform Cardiac CT exams, including Pulmonary Vein CT and Cardiac Calcium Scores, and Perfusion studies.
• Start approximately 8-9 IVs per day.
