About The Position

We are hiring a PART TIME CT Tech for an exciting opportunity to join our team! Monday-Friday with hours typically being 4PM to 8PM. No on call/weekends/major holidays. This position requires candidates to have 2+ years of Cardiovascular CT experience as we are looking for someone to spearhead our new CT program in Alpharetta. Requirements

Dependable team player is a must.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Must be able to recognize and respond to urgent/emergent situations per protocols.
Must be certified in ARRT(R) or NMTCB(CT) and hold an active BLS.
Always provide exceptional patient care & etiquette
2+ years of Cardiovascular CT experience

Responsibilities

Verifies physician order and procedure to assure accuracy.
Utilizes radiology information systems to facilitate care.
Explains procedure to patient to ensure understanding.
Independently operates equipment to complete imaging procedure according to protocol (including placement of IV).
Reviews patient images prior to transmission to ensure images meet diagnostic quality standards.
Completes timely quality control procedures in accordance with regulatory standards and performing notification/remediation as warranted.
Assists in the facilitation of departmental operations (inventory, staff schedules, equipment maintenance, etc.).
Provides top notch customer service and patient care.
Other related duties as required.
