About The Position
Under the administrative direction of the Administrative Director-Radiology, Lead C.T. Technologist, or authorized designee and with clinical supervision from the assigned Radiologist, performs a variety of specialized technical procedures that will require independent judgment, with ingenuity and initiative, to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis. Assumes responsibility for designated area and procedures as required.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved JRCERT program for Radiologic Technology.
- Registration by American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) or be registry eligible
- Licensed as required by the West Virginia State “Board” of Radiology
- BLS required.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor degree preferred.
- Previous work experience as Staff Radiologic Technologist
- Work experience as a Computerized Tomography Technologist desired.
