Requirements

  • ARRT certification as a radiologic technologist.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

  • Operating the CT scanning equipment to produce the images used by the Radiologists.
  • Orienting the patient and family to the scan procedure.
  • Physically preparing and processing the patient through the study.
  • Preparing and assessing image quality.
  • Presenting completed images to the Radiologist.
