About The Position
Operates computed tomography (CT) scanner to produce cross-sectional radiographs of patient's body for diagnostic purposes. Always maintains a professional attitude when taking on Stats and fitting in patients when needed. Administers contrast media orally or administers a line for intravenous administration. Must be proficient in starting, maintaining, and administering IV contrast. Views images of organs or tissue on a video display screen to ensure quality of pictures. Supports the mission, vision, and values of the corporation.
Requirements
- Certification from ARRT
- CT registered
- Continuing education in accordance with the ARRT, ACR, and State of Michigan.
