About The Position
Piedmont Rockdale is a 161-bed, acute care, not-for-profit community hospital in Conyers that has provided compassionate, patient-centered care to Rockdale County and surrounding communities since 1954. We offer 24-hour emergency care, plus most major medical, surgical and diagnostic services. Computed Tomography (CT) Technologists specialize in using ionizing radiation to produce cross-sectional images to help doctors diagnose and treat patients. CT Technologists perform diagnostic Computerized Tomographic examinations in accordance with all prescribed standards under the direct guidance of the supervising Radiologist. CT Technologists provide patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics.
Requirements
- Graduate of an JRCERT approved Radiologic Technology program.
- Certified by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT).
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (R).
- BLS certified.
Nice To Haves
- 6 months experience as a Radiological Technologist.
Responsibilities
