Member of the Client Success Team (CST) working on cross-product onboarding with a primary focus on Canada and the US as well as support of other regions as required. Member of a global CST responsible for the onboarding of clients primarily focused on onboarding requests from Canada into all RBC locations. Manage client lifecycle projects across the regional functional teams (KYC, AML, Legal, Operations, IT, Credit, Docs, Risk) to ensure smooth and efficient experience for the client and Sales. Facilitation and reporting of the onboarding progress to business stakeholders, providing transparency and improved client service. Escalating as required. Proactively identify operational risk/control deficiencies, risk loss events in the business accordingly Keep desktop procedures up to date and refreshed as process changes are made and reviewed on a minimum of annual basis. Ensure compliance with Firm Policies applicable to activities e.g. Global client onboarding procedures, KYC/AML etc. Other business support as directed by reporting manager (e.g. strategic or regulatory initiatives, projects, documentation of policy/procedures and reporting/metrics) Proactively identify opportunities to enhance, streamline and automate processes. Strong knowledge of derivative products. Strong client communication skills required for this client relationship management role.
