The CSR at Gerber Collision & Glass is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by managing relationships with both customers and insurance companies. This role provides comprehensive administrative support to the Repair Facility Team. Key duties include ensuring the consistent execution of the company's 'WOW Operating Way' plan, scheduling vehicle repair appointments using specific tools like the Daily Demand Capacity Planner and CCC One, and obtaining necessary insurance assignments and repair authorization documentation. The CSR also prepares repair order work packets, meticulously records all communication with customers and insurance partners in CCC One, confirms car rental information, and manages the ARMS (automated rental management system) to ensure all vehicle statuses are accurately reflected.
