About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an HVAC & Plumbing Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers by addressing their needs through both inbound and outbound calls. Your communication skills, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction will play a key role in our continued success.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions in a timely and professional manner.
• Proficient in data entry and navigating various computer systems and software applications.
• A positive and energetic attitude is essential.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Willingness and ability to learn additional job functions to contribute effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with a variety of service requests related to HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Handle escalated customer complaints in a professional, empathetic, and effective manner to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution.
• Perform data entry tasks and update customer information accurately within the system.
• Flexibility to take on other duties as assigned by management to support customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Answer incoming calls from customers requesting service, providing them with accurate information and assistance.
• Manage service order billing, process payments, and issue invoices as needed.
