About The Position

Customer Service Representative / Receptionist – Best Collision Center Join the Best Collision Center Team! Best Collision Center is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is essential to creating an exceptional customer experience by providing outstanding service while supporting our collision repair team with administrative and customer service responsibilities.

Requirements

Previous customer service or receptionist experience is preferred.
Collision center or automotive dealership experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Basic computer proficiency; dealership management system experience (CDK experience is a plus).
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

Collision center or automotive dealership experience is a plus.
CDK experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet customers in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
Schedule customer appointments and assist with repair status updates.
Receive and process customer payments.
Maintain accurate customer records and repair documentation.
Assist with opening and closing repair orders.
Coordinate communication between customers, insurance companies, and the collision repair team.
File, scan, and organize dealership records and documents.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
