Make a difference as a CSR / Project Coordinator As a Full-Time CSR / Project Coordinator at Valley View Granite, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer experiences by responding to inquiries through phone, email, or in-person interactions. You will provide accurate information about our diverse range of products, services, and timelines, ensuring customers feel informed and valued. In this position, you will adeptly address any concerns or complaints, escalating issues to the appropriate departments when necessary. Your collaboration with our sales, production, and installation teams will be essential to meet customer needs and ensure that projects are completed on schedule, reinforcing our commitment to excellence and customer-centricity. Regular and reliable attendance is vital, as is prioritizing safety procedures within the workplace.
