The CSR Lead will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the areas assigned and will provide some work direction to custodial staff. This role involves performing janitorial duties, operating motorized cleaning equipment, tracking inventory, and ensuring the upkeep and care of cleaning equipment and supplies. The CSR Lead will also assist the Custodial Supervisor with scheduling, training, purchasing, and conducting quality, service, and safety inspections. Additionally, the role requires monitoring employees for proper use of personal protective equipment and supplies, correcting at-risk behavior, and reporting incidents and issues to the supervisor.
