About The Position

Responsible for answering inbound calls, maintaining service schedules, and dispatching HVAC Service Technicians, Plumbers, and Electricians. This role also involves outbound calling for maintenance plan renewals and other initiatives, clear communication with other departments, and performing administrative reporting and data entry as required. The position offers an aggressive pay plan based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer emergency and non-emergency calls
  • Provide a world-class service experience to customers
  • Schedule calls based on technician availability and call priority
  • Manage dispatch board for two days out to best schedule technician productivity
  • Dispatch one call at a time to each technician
  • Communicate with technicians regarding status of traffic and parts status
  • Communicate with customers regarding call status
  • Update customer data files as appropriate
  • Outbound calls to customers to confirm calls
  • Outbound calls to offer specials, renew service contracts, schedule prepaid maintenance, and follow-up with customers
  • Conduct 'Happy Calls'
  • Perform other office functions as requested
