Responsibilities

• Act as a friendly greeter for customers.
• Detail garments to prepare them for the processing facility.
• Check returned orders from the processing facility.
• Rack orders onto the conveyor.
• Welcome and please customers.
• Pay attention to details while detailing, racking, and handling orders.
• Communicate in a positive manner.
• Be kind and respectful to customers and team members.
• Proactively resolve issues with follow-through in a professional manner.
• Perform basic daily computer use.
• Maintain organization and a clean environment.
