Directs, assigns and manages projects for probationary workers and work crews. Prepares monthly work crew reports and performs data entry functions. Maintains and issues equipment to probationary workers and work crews. Recommends equipment expenditures. Maintains case documentation of CSR hours performed. Assigns duties and plans work of others. Transports probationers to and from worksites, tows trailer, and works in outdoor environments throughout the year. Participates in activities and duties related to emergency management during a local state of disaster as directed by appropriate county managers. Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 2 years job related experience.
• Basic knowledge of probation procedure and supervisory skills.
• Construction, building maintenance and lawn maintenance skills.
• Computer knowledge and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with the public, other employees, probationers and elected officials.
