Directs, assigns and manages projects for probationary workers and work crews. Prepares monthly work crew reports and performs data entry functions. Maintains and issues equipment to probationary workers and work crews. Recommends equipment expenditures. Maintains case documentation of CSR hours performed. Assigns duties and plans work of others. Transports probationers to and from worksites, tows trailer, and works in outdoor environments throughout the year. Participates in activities and duties related to emergency management during a local state of disaster as directed by appropriate county managers.
