About The Position

The three-pronged job is meant to prioritize customer responsiveness at Heale Mfg for PO's and RFQ's, enabling the Company to grow its revenues with existing and new customers. This role involves customer service, estimating, and inside sales responsibilities. The goal is to become proficient in using the in-house ERP system (M1) for order tracking, quotation development, and vendor pricing requests.

Requirements

Strong customer communication skills (written & verbal)
Solid math skills
Attention to detail
Understanding of pricing
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Great customer facing communication skills
Highly skilled with Excel, MS Office 365, PowerPoint
Experience in reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, harnesses, or related components and fixtures

Nice To Haves

Prior customer service and inside sales responsibilities
Knowledge of quoting/costing process
Knowledge of wire harness industry production capabilities and processes
Experience with ERP software systems
