About The Position

Royal Oak Heating, Cooling, Electrical, and Plumbing is a trusted provider of [heating, cooling, electrical, plumbing, etc.]. We’re looking for a highly organized and customer-focused CSR / Dispatcher to be the central hub of our daily operations. This role is responsible for handling incoming calls, scheduling service appointments, and coordinating technicians to ensure efficient and timely service.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service or dispatch experience preferred (HVAC/plumbing industry a plus)
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using scheduling/CRM software
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling, questions, and service requests
  • Dispatch technicians based on availability, location, and job priority
  • Maintain and update schedules in real-time
  • Communicate clearly with technicians and customers throughout the day
  • Handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Enter and manage job details accurately in the system
  • Follow up on appointments and ensure customer satisfaction
