About The Position
R & T Yoder Electric, Plumbing, & HVAC Inc. is seeking a CSR/Dispatch Lead. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and possessing excellent customer communication skills. The position involves assisting with new customer and job onboarding, scheduling production labor, and supporting Project Managers. This is a hands-on role that collaborates with various teams to ensure projects are completed successfully from start to finish.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience as an CSR/Administrative Assistant
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Nice To Haves
- 4 years of experience in the construction industry
- Service Titan experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Onboarding new customers and jobs via good phone customer service
- Assist Project Managers in the scheduling of field production labor
- Assist Technicians with job, material, and customer solutions
- Assist with Permitting tasks
- Work with the production, purchasing and management staff as a team to bring projects from conception to completion.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
