CSP Technician II (1.0 FTE Alternating)
About The Position
Franciscan Health Crown Point is seeking a dedicated CSP Technician II to join their team. This is a 1.0 FTE position with alternating shifts. The role involves picking cases and inventorying CSP instrumentation, ensuring equipment functions properly, and requisitioning maintenance or repair. The technician will monitor biological and chemical measurements to guarantee the quality of instrument sterilization, decontaminate and sterilize instruments and vendor pans, and assemble, wrap, and sterilize instrument trays. A key responsibility is sorting mismatched instrument sets and trays to ensure timely availability for sterile processing customers. The role also includes monitoring, maintaining, labeling, and stocking inventory. The shift is Monday to Friday with rotating weekends, from 2 PM to 10:30 PM.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED Required
- 1 year Experience in Related Field Required
- Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) Required or Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT) - Certification Board of Sterile Processing and Distribution Required
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
