Accenture Infrastructure and Capital ProjectsAtlanta, GA
Onsite

About The Position

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking individuals who want to make an impact by changing how the world gets built. This role will support the delivery of civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) scopes across data center projects from design through construction and closeout. You will coordinate civil sitework, structural systems, building envelope, architectural finishes, and related CSA interfaces. The role involves reviewing CSA drawings, specifications, submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and design changes for project compliance. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve CSA design and construction issues. Additionally, you will monitor CSA construction progress, schedules, risks, quality requirements, and field execution. Support will be provided for site activities including earthwork, foundations, concrete, structural steel, roofing, walls, doors, finishes, and exterior/site improvements. Participation in site inspections, constructability reviews, coordination meetings, punch walks, and issue resolution is expected. You will maintain QA/QC and technical documentation, including inspection records, issue logs, punch lists, and closeout documentation. Support for technical changes, as-built documentation, turnover packages, and project closeout is also part of the role. The primary goal is to ensure CSA work meets approved designs, applicable codes, safety standards, and industry best practices. The work location is onsite with clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate client relationships. While there is an emphasis on onsite work for collaboration and client engagement, Accenture aims to be flexible to support specific work/life needs.
