About The Position

The CS Loan Issuer/Title Support position is responsible for processing approved loan applications, disbursing funds, and servicing consumer loans. This role involves ensuring compliance with PSECU loan policy, securing collateral, preparing and reviewing loan documents, and communicating with members. Additionally, the position supports other areas of Credit Services, handles loan titles and related services, and collaborates with external entities to ensure the perfection of PSECU’s security interest.

Requirements

High School (Required)
Any equivalent combination of experience and education.

Responsibilities

Process approved loan applications and disburse funds for all new consumer loans.
Provide continual servicing of all consumer loans.
Suspend open-end loans due to annual review of accounts.
Qualify vehicles for market value.
Review incoming Auto Drafts for acceptance.
Recast loan payments for correction purposes.
Handle deceased member accounts.
Issue stop payments on AutoDrafts.
Complete indemnity agreements for AutoCheck stop payments.
Process vehicle collateral exchanges.
Order supplies.
Answer member calls, emails, and chats.
Perform member outreach.
Perform loan maintenance.
Interact with dealers and other agencies.
Perform pre-issue review of loan applications and member accounts.
Review issuing data and analyze share and certificate information to ensure compliance with PSECU loan policy.
Secure PSECU collateral for various loans.
Disburse checks for different types of loans.
Establish Auto loans for cleared AutoDrafts.
Prepare and review loan documents for accuracy and compliance with loan policy.
Ensure loan setup is correct.
Process SCRA adjustments to comply with Federal laws and regulations.
Answer member phone calls and emails.
Place outbound member calls and emails.
Provide detailed member counseling on complex issues.
Assist with testing of new loan products and software.
Support other areas of Credit Services as needed.
Secure check, disclosure, and member information at close of business each day.
Manage and process loan titles and related services, including auditing, researching, recording, and resolving issues related to automobile titles and liens.
Handle payments and disputes related to loan titles.
Provide member services related to loans and credit.
Collaborate with external entities like the Pennsylvania Automotive Association, Department of Transportation, and other financial institutions.
Ensure the perfection of PSECU’s security interest and compliance with its loan policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
